A man in china with a massive tumor on his face (video: MyFoxCleveland) is hoping a second surgery will help him lead a normal life.

Thirty-two-year-old Huang Chuanci, who's known as the "elephant man", is having the second operation Monday to remove a tumor that once weighed 33 pounds.

Doctor's removed part of the crippling mass back in July 2007.

Huang could hardly speak because the tumor was so large, and his left ear hung down to his shoulder.

Doctors say the surgery will be challenging, but the prognosis is good.

Huang has been teased and bullied since he was ten years old. His family could not afford the surgeries until the hospital offered to help.
