一根导管插到肿瘤里面去，然后就注射药水，绿色的是药水，目的是阻塞血管，把血管阻断，第二个目的就是打化疗药，最后把肿瘤杀死。

An optical fiber is inserted inside the tumor, and then injects medicine which is marked in green color. The purpose is to block the blood vessel, stopping the blood supply. The second purpose is to inject chemotherapy medicine, killing the tumor finally.

我们再看一遍循环的播放，红色的就是我们刚才提到的鼻咽腔里的肿瘤，白色的是导管，然后注入绿色的药液之后，这个药就阻断了继续出血的血管了，阻断供应它营养的血管，不让它出血，它慢慢就会缩小。

Speaking on the tumor itself, it has dual function on treatment, one is to kill the cancer cells directly, second function is that it can stop nourishment to the tumor, so for Ali, we use PDT. Since it can kill the cancer cells it then damages the blood vessels.

Particularly the cancer which is deep within, influencing the nerves, the use of radio/chemotherapies is most reasonable,

The best method is radiotherapy for treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer. For patients in their early period, its result is still very good.
